Our monthly bookkeeping and payroll service is designed to ease your record-keeping burden and allow you more time to grow your business and generate profits!  With our base package, you pay your bills and invoice your customers each month. We then apply the customer payments, import transactions via the bank feed, and provide you with monthly reporting and reconciliations. You can have peace of mind knowing that your sales expenses have been classified correctly, your credit card and loan balances have been reviewed and your bank statement has been reconciled each month. And all for a flat monthly fee. Add On Services are also available for an additional cost per month.

• Accounts Payable Management:  Includes posting of all payables, scheduling payments, integration with QB (up to 100 transactions per month).
• Accounts Receivable Management:  Customer invoicing, posting customer payments, collections (up to 100 transactions per month).
• Payroll:   Payroll processing, payroll tax payments, form filings, direct deposit and QB intergration for up to 5 employees (each additional employee $10 per month).

If so, the CellarReview is just the thing for you. This service is designed to take a detailed look at your Quickbook file.  We will let you know what you are doing incorrectly and recommend actions to fix these areas. The CellarReview looks at the following areas:

• Company setup
• Bank reconciliations
• Chart of Accounts
• Undeposited Funds acount
• Billable Time
• Sales Tax
• Item List
• Vendor List
• Customer List
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll
• Financial Statements

Upon completion of our CellarReview, you will receive a summary report detailing any issues that we found and a written recommendation of how to fix these areas.   The report is yours to keep.   You can use it to make changes yourself or we can do a Quickbooks Cleanup for an additional fee.

The fee for the CellarReview is $300.    If you decide to hire us for the Cleanup, we will apply this fee toward the cost of the Cleanup.
