Cellar Accounting Solutions was founded by Laurie Kregecz, a graduate of the University of Baltimore and a CPA. After 12 years as the controller of an international medical assistance company, Laurie started her own accounting business in 1999. Under the name Kregecz Accounting Services, Inc., her company works with many small to mid-sized companies in the following industries:

  • retail/ecommerce

  • alcoholic beverage

For the past 13 years, Laurie has built up a clientele of businesses in the alcoholic beverage industry. She has worked with wineries, distilleries, and cocktail supply companies, some established businesses and some brand new start-ups. She provides many services including monthly bookkeeping, payroll reporting, financial statement preparation, inventory reporting and budgeting.

As a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor, Laurie works remotely with her clients to make sure they have current and accurate financial data. Whether you are a long time user of Quickbooks or are looking to start using Quickbooks, Cellar Accounting Solutions can help. What is a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor?
Certified ProAdvisors are experts in QuickBooks installation, setup, payroll, reporting, and other day-to-day functions of the software.  They must pass testing administered by Intuit, the owners of Quickbooks, to earn this certification.
Do you only work with companies using the Quickbooks Online version?
No, we also work remotely with companies using Quickbooks Desktop.
Do you only take clients that are in the alcoholic beverage industry?
No, we work with companies in other industries as well.
How do I know how many transactions I have?
Transactions are determined by taking a monthly average of all the transactions (deposits and withdrawals) from each of your bank statements.
Are you able to give us a discount on Quickbooks Online?
Yes, we can get you a lifetime discount on your monthly fee for Quickbooks online.  Just ask!
